Timber Repairs & Maintenance
Rot, rusted fixings, tired decks and failing screens - repaired in place, matched and re-finished.
How we approach it
Find the cause
Rot is a symptom. We trace the water path and fix the detail so the repair holds.
Repair before replace
Splice, scarf and let-in repairs keep original material where it is sound and save you money.
Match and protect
Matched timber, matched profile, then oiled or sealed so the repair weathers with the rest.

Questions
Good to know
- Can you save my deck?
- Often. If the bearers and joists are sound, replacing boards and improving ventilation is far cheaper than a rebuild.
- Do you offer scheduled maintenance?
- Yes - annual or seasonal visits for oiling, clearing and minor repairs.
- Will the new timber match?
- New timber starts lighter and weathers in. We can tone finishes to close the gap.
- How quickly can you attend?
- Small repairs are usually scheduled within a couple of weeks; urgent water ingress sooner.
